PBA’s Assistant Director for Athletic Communications TJ Budd was selected for the NCAA Pathway Program. He was one of 22 senior-level administrators — and one of only five administrators from Division II — selected to participate in the program to promote cultural diversity and equity.
The goal of the program is to prepare participants to attain positions as directors of athletics or conference commissioners. Budd came to PBA in 2015 and was promoted to assistant athletic director in 2018. He is a member of the University’s Senior Leadership Team, overseeing 10 programs as a sport administrator.
