Biography

Dr. Tindall brings rich experience as a CPA whose practice was limited to business valuation, litigation
support and ethics education, the last of which drew him back into academia. He completed his
terminal degree at Florida Atlantic University where he taught several undergraduate courses in finance.
Although he recently joined PBA as a faculty member, he taught his first course in accounting at PBA in
2003.
His research interests are in corporate finance, largely in owner-agent conflicts. His dissertation is on
corporate policies that have been affected by shareholder proposals discussing climate change at the
annual meetings of public companies. Dr. Tindall has been accepted to present his research at several
peer-reviewed conferences, both here and abroad. His work has been published by Energy Economics
and the Asian Development Bank.
Greg is an alum of St. Ann’s Catholic School and a Friend who attends the Palm Beach Quaker Meeting
House in Lake Worth. He enjoys spending time at the beach with his wife, Caroline, and children, Wilf
and Elke
