Biography
Dr. Erin Dorval completed her Pharm.D. and a community pharmacy residency at Albany College of Pharmacy in Albany, New York. Dr. Dorval is currently the director of the community pharmacy residency program and an assistant professor at Palm Beach Atlantic University’s Lloyd L. Gregory School of Pharmacy in West Palm Beach, FL. She teaches over-the-counter medications, self-care, and disease prevention and compounding, and also serves as an advisor of the student chapter for the American Pharmacists Association. Dr. Dorval is a preceptor in an independent community pharmacy, Atlantis Pharmacy. She is an active member in her state pharmacy associations and is a luminary for Community Pharmacy Enhanced Service Network Florida (CPESN FL). Current research interests include expanding community pharmacy practice through enhanced services and opioid use disorder screening.
