Biography

B.S., United States Air Force Academy, MBA, University of Redlands, MEng., University of Colorado,
D.B.A., Rollins College. Dr. Cohee joined PBA in 2017. He provides MBA and undergraduate instruction in
the areas of project management, operations/supply chain management, organizational behavior,
international management, and strategy. He previously served as Associate Dean, MBA Chair, AACSB
Initial Accreditation campaign leader, and Strategic Planning Committee Chair of the Marshall E. Rinker
Sr. School of Business, resulting in successful AACSB accreditation in May 2023. Prior to joining PBA, Dr.
Cohee spent 30 years in the defense and aerospace sector, most recently serving as an executive
director at Harris Corporation. Dr. Cohee’s research interests focus on operations, organizational
development, leadership and strategy. He is published in Organizational Dynamics, Journal of Education
for Business, International Journal of Business, Journal of Biblical Integration in Business, Journal of
Defense Analytics and Logistics, and Christian Business Review. As a business practitioner, he served as
executive committee chair for both emerging talent development and program management. He has
been an active member in congregations within the Presbyterian Church in America (PCA) since 1987.
During that period, he has taught over 60 courses in the areas of leadership, parenting, theology,
apologetics, church history, and financial management, and authored The Disquieted Soul: Paths of
Discovery and Deliverance
