PBA’s 36-credit-hour Master of Science in Leadership program delves into complex considerations for leading local, national, and multinational organizations through challenging changes, exciting growth, collaborative strategy, and more.
Position yourself as a compassionate leader and success-oriented achiever. The Master’s in Leadership program equips you with experience and hands-on practice to:
- Understand leadership theory and concepts
- Cultivate your own unique leadership philosophy and practice
- Develop leadership competencies for needs assessment, multicultural teams, strategic planning, organizational change, and building effective teams
- Experience personal, professional, and spiritual transformation
- Establish effective communication skills, including Master’s-level writing, following APA guidelines, and making effective presentations
