About PBA's Master of Business Administration in Business Analytics

The increased availability of data has transformed business analytics, strategy and decision-making. PBA’s Master of Business Administration in Business Analytics degree program builds on the foundation of core undergraduate business skills such as accounting, economics, and statistics to give you the skills needed to thrive in modern business analytics. The program is designed around real-world industry standards and will prepare you to be a difference-maker in any organization.

The program is 36-48 credits and is designed to fit the scheduling needs of busy professional adults. It can be completed in one fall, spring, and two summer semesters. Interested students can participate in a global business trip or internship program to add hands-on experience.

What Will I Learn in the Business Analytics Program?

A master’s in business analytics prepares you to analyze data with advanced techniques and software tools. Key learning outcomes include:

  1. The ability to produce a formalized assessment of corporate performance analysis and objective decision-making through a structured framework approach.
  2. The development of critical thinking and team-building skills in varied business environments.
  3. Students will select and employ appropriate quantitative approaches to support management problem-solving and decision-making.
  4. Students will explain a Christian Worldview perspective when addressing ethical and leadership dilemmas.

Students interested in combining global business coursework with experiential learning abroad should discuss this with the MBA Director. Global business destinations change annually. The business trip’s cost is not included in the student’s projected annual tuition costs.
