Polyvagal Theory with Brent Lyles, LMHC

Join us as we learn about the Polyvagal Theory with Brent Lyles, LMHC.

“The Polyvagal Theory explains how mammals (humans) connect and respond to danger by linking biology with emotion, thought, and relationships. It identifies three distinct survival states: safety and social engagement, flight or fight mobilization, and shutdown immobility. Understanding these states gives us insight into how the autonomic (automatic) nervous system shapes our reactions in both social, stressful, and traumatic situations. This theory provides practical tools for self-regulation, co-regulation, and offers strategies for enhancing well-being and therapeutic interventions.” – Brent Lyles, LMHC

Up to 2 CE’s available for $20. Complimentary Breakfast. Admission is free.

To register please reach out to Aliza Beaulieu, LMHC, LPC at aliza@abcounselingconsulting.com
