About PBA's Graduate Certificate in Leadership
Courses for the Graduate Certificate in Leadership Studies are offered online and in-person as a component of the Ethics and Organizational Behavior Master’s Program. Learners will enhance critical thinking skills by engaging in an individualized line of research, whilst applying leadership philosophies, concepts, and theories. Topics include group formation and behavior, relationship-building, motivational leadership, ethical decision-making, conflict management, and biblical leadership concepts, all in the contemporary organizational context.
