Biography

Dr. Jesse Grenz began his journey into the field of New Testament studies when he attended PBA for his bachelor of arts and master of divinity degrees. He subsequently went on to study New Testament Textual Criticism at the University of Cambridge for his master of philosophy and doctor of philosophy degrees. His research focuses on the fourth-century manuscript of the Greek Bible, Codex Vaticanus. It is arguably our earliest surviving Christian Bible, comprising both the Old and New Testaments in a single volume. Jesse is Canadian-American and is married to Iane, a Brazilian-American. Jesse met Iane at PBA when they took Greek together as sophomores. After graduating, they married and relocated to Cambridge, England, where they had their daughter, Maya Carolina.
